Title:Lobby is proven rigged, no winning players wanted!!!!79 out of 85 readers found this review helpful

After a series of annoying software bucks in 2012 including invisible cards, disappeared raise-buttons and software crashes Party now does the next step and riggs his lobby by dividing their player pool according to skill in order to avoid the existence of winning players/cashouts.
This is not only bad for winning players.
As soon as you improve your game (get a potential winning player) you will be segregated into a new tougher pool, where again you won't succed.

This is a message esspecially to the regulars (although it sometimes seems that there are only noobs and riggtards here): Leave Party Poker immidiately, before it gets general practice!!! Spread the word!!!

Site uses now 2-way fishprotection:

1. The RNG.

2. New: The segregation of players according to their winrate.

Winning players are not welcome in this network. Party tries everything to prevent that winning players extract money out of their system. If you are one, don't burn your money at this shady site!

Title:They dont like winning players....7 out of 8 readers found this review helpful

I have a feeling that they are not only rigging their lobby to help bad players, the RNG is rigged as well on sng to help out weak players winning.Ive been a regular for a few months now and never seen that many bad beats on any other poker room, most of the time when your all-in on the bubble.I would say that since they made their fusion with bwin, the RNG as been a complet joke at best....By by party poker you fn scum bags,i have cash out and never going back..
I had enough of being rob by your rigged RNG,keep helping bad players you crooks....

played ~ 300k hands on this site. analyzed actually allin-winnings in relation to the EV with pt: massive under ev of course (a third of my winnigs went fubar). endless suckouts and abnormal setups in a high frequency. in my opinion this site uses some kind of fishprotection to ensure that their weaker players (there are a lot of them in this network) stay alive as long as possible - Pokerecology is the magic word.

If u consider yourself as a good/winning player, the only advice is: STAY AWAY.

If u r a fish and ur goal is only to have fun and gamble a little bit, this site fits u perfect, because the RNG is on ur side, Dr Gutshot is ur friend and u can ship every flushdraw, cause u r in fact always a favorite against a pair on this site.

additional points of criticism:

really bad and buggy software
lot of downtimes
bad support
lot of luckpromotions witch suggest that u can win a lot of extra rakeback, but in fact the additional receipts are very small.

rating: 0/10

never ever again

kkthxbye

Title:Party poker is not random8 out of 12 readers found this review helpful

Party poker is the worst site online.
The Flop,Turn and River are all predetermined and aligned to a specific set of hole cards every deal.
This is why when good players fold what they consider bad hole cards they lol when their two cards would have made the boat. There are so many bad players that stay in with these bad cards and even stay to the river with no fear of busting out and all too often they will beat your AA,KK ETC.
but its the combination of bad players and terribly unrealistic software that causes the silly scenarios and odds.
i have played a 6 handed game several times at PP and several times ALL 6 players were dealt pocket pairs FIRST hand!

You ever noticed waiting and slow playing and leaving and folding rubbish at the beginning of a game and then you get AA, KK so you try your first sure thing and only end up losing, thats the set up to get rid of better players give the fish and donkeys a look in.
Manipulative bastards are what they are stay away and enjoy real table gams online poker is for dummies now!!!!!

Ah, gotta love these unbiased 10/10 reviews where anyone who complains is a fish...

I played Party Poker (mostly SNGs) for about 6 months from 2011/12. During that time I was hitting around 1500-2000 points every month on the leaderboard and was running profitable for the majority of my experience there - which I would generally consider an non-fish like effort. The reason I quit playing there was threefold -

Firstly, collusion. During a mid-stakes SNG session, I was on a table with a player who had been topping the leaderboard for the last couple of months with around 20,000 points. I was of course watching his play looking for some tips I might be able to pick up, and noted some very suspect plays he was making with a player two seats ahead - notably soft plays and chip dumping. I smelt a rat and did a search on the player and found him sitting at 10 other mid-stake tables with the same "friend" sitting either two seats in front or behind him on the table. I watched their play on these tables - same thing, chip dumping and collusion. So if a leaderboard "champion" can get away with this sort of blatant cheating, I can assure you that low level collusion is rife on this site (after all, let's face it, the pick your own seat option makes it an easy hunting ground).

Second issue, bad runs. While Party Poker doesn't have the ridiculous bad bet factor I have encountered at some other sites (e.g. PokerStars and their 60,000 to 1 odds hands popping up every 5 minutes), I found Party Poker to give extensive runs where you simply do not hit a decent hand. I'm not talking about an hour long bad session her either, I'm talking about bad runs that last 1-2 weeks. The sort of stuff that will clear out a hard earned bank roll no matter what you do.

Thirdly, if you want to see suspicious software, try their casino games, but make sure you have some spare cash when you do it. I had some money to burn back then after taking a redundancy package watched a couple of K's go up in smoke. Started on the Roulette using a Martingale like system, betting black mainly. Hit a run of 14 non-black (notice I say non-black as they interspersed the reds with three 0's), then a run of 13 non-black (again interspersed with 0's), then 15 (with complimentary 0's of course, just so they could say red didn't come up 15 times straight). Max number of times black came up in a row was around 6 or 7. After that amusing diversion, I tried the Black Jack. Little did a realise that in this case 21 meant you NEED 21 to win. I had played Black Jack on a few casino sites and never had I encountered the incredible ability of the dealer to hit 20 or 21 on almost every hand like it does on this site. This was the final straw for my time at Party Poker as it reinforced my view of how suspect the "bad run" situation was.

So in my books, it's a 3 at best - a point for the software stability, one for the promotions and another for payout processing times.

Playing on party poker is absolutely amazing...really. If you play enough, you will notice in every tournament if you are short stacked no matter what card do you have, AA, kk, jj Ak etc. you will loose to some guy with over 10 times the average stack who will play and win almost every hand. That's sh--ty. I will never use any bwin products from now on
