| Software is not so good unfortunately unless you are a grandmother and don't know better. Whoever chose gtech software should be fired for not doing proper research.

| Title: | Canadian Gov Poker Site | 18 out of 25 readers found this review helpful | |

| This is the new government run site, it runs on the Boss software. Support has been great so far. The only real problem is the low player volume, it can be hard to find a game at off peak hours. Players are super loose and many have no idea how to play at all. | |

| Title: | Very weak players but poor site | 5 out of 8 readers found this review helpful | |

| The software sucks, I really dislike it. Very few options and some annoying pop ups every 10 minutes. It also Auto-sit me out sometimes - even if I uncheck the sit out box - after timing out, and make me miss hands/blinds on cash games.
You cant' get up a table and change seat without closing the window, note taking system is really weak and annoying compared to FT or PS, or a lot of other sites, Traffic is slow, Graphics are very weak, hand review is pretty much impossible while playing.
There has been no noticeable software upgrade since the launch almost a year ago, and account balance always take a few minutes to update (when adding money)
Traffic is pretty low outside of evenings but the players are so terrible. Every level I tried (up to 15cent/30cent) feels like playing 1c/2c on FT or PS most of the time. If it wasn't for the terrible players (And free 10$ sign up bonus) I would never play on that website.

| Canadians are fortunate to have a gov't regulated site during times of such uncertainty in online gaming. | |

| There are so few people on this site that you wonder why the government bothered to launch it. | |
