Well well
Been playing at Ongame for serveral years, they put in a new software in the spring/sommer. Well, new things will take some time before it works so all the little bugs in sommer was (kind of) ok for me, it will get better, of couse it will ...

Ok, it did get a lot better, nearly ok, just sometimes it was some strange things about the software.

And now its early november .... and its gone down very very bad, I have have played about 2 of 3 of days this month, worked ok from start but then the sick c****y P5 showed it ugly face (P5 is the name of the new software).

As soon that active (cash) players goes up to above 5,000 or 5,500 the software cant handle it, u will get warnings that u late to act just after a very short time - often 0,0 to 0,5 sec !! - and often u´r hand will be folded before u can do anything ...

I've now whitdrawal all my stack here, gonna use other sites that works ...

RIP Ongame

Whitdrawals (and deposit) works fine, thats way 3 of 10, not lower

LOW RAKE AT 3 DOLLAR
The best thing for me about ongame is that they have low rake (10%) already at the 3 dollar tournament level which many sites do not have ...

-

CONNECTION PROBLEMS
The worst thing is that sometimes I get connection problems that seem to be on the server side ...
This is more so than any of the other sites I played at ...
In a few days I have lost 2 or 3 hands because of that ...

Title:PokerIdol.com at OnGame Networks10 out of 15 readers found this review helpful

I've been playing at PokerIdol now for about 3 months. Here's my review:

Look and feel of the software
The client looks good, and it's really fast, but it's a bit hard to run more than 6 tables.

Traffic, game selection and quality of players
I play No Limit shorthanded, 1/2 up to 5/10. The players are really bad. It's a easier to win money here. In comparsion to for example iPoker where I used to play, there are many more grinders, maybe because it's a very multi-table friendely software.

Bonuses, freerolls and other perks offered
PokerIdol has a up to 1000 USD in deposit bonus. I don't play freerolls, but I remember they had a 10,000 USD Freeroll series in January.

Deposit and withdrawal methods (convenience, speed, difficulties encountered)
They have the normal deposit and withdrawal methods: VISA, Mastercard, Moneybookers, and Neteller. Since I'm from Scandinavia (Sweden) I only use their direct bank transfer methods for deposit and withdrawals. It's fast and secure, and I don't need to give out my VISA card number.

Server lag, downtime and other technical issues
Haven't experienced anything of this so far.

Speed and quality of support
They usually answer fast, and the quality of support is outstanding. I added the support on MSN so that I can ask questions whenever they are online. They also told me that I can get personal poker coaching from two of their online professional poker players.

Rake and rakeback issues
I don't know about the rake, but I assume it's the same as on many other places. They customized a tournament deal for me since I wanted to play some big live tournaments in the future, and I'm very happy with that deal.

That's all I can say so far about PokerIdol.

I played since 2,5 years on this site.
Since the last soft it'a absolutely ridiculous.
bugs everyday (you loose the rooms...)
hotline didn't give me my money back at the last bug (everybody was out)
There is a defect in the new soft, cheaters only win MTT.

Be carefull

pros: many bad players due to sport-bet sites, good traffic afternoon-early morning, very good bonuses or rakeback, constantly improving the software

cons: hard to multitable with old-bad pcs

At the time of writing, Ongame's client software is so clunky and resource hungry that multi-tabling is next to impossible on an average computer setup. If you'd like to try it out for yourself, expect plenty of lag, and multiple time-outs as you click in vain.

Title:P5 the software that can lead a network to its ruin!7 out of 11 readers found this review helpful

It's simple: their new P5 software is the worst on the market!
R.I.P. OnGame! I loved you but from now on we go separate ways. Oh! And it's not me, it's you!

I used to be a regular player on the ongame network before the new version of the soft.

But now I cached out all my money to go on another site because there were too many bugs while playing.

Once, I've been disconnected for 3/4 hour when I was on a final table of a multitable tournament with great prize pool (over 3.000$ to the winner, I was 4th in chips at 11 remaining).
The most incredible thing in that story is that in fact 1/3 of all the acounts were blocked with no reason.
Of course, I busted without playing, letting my chips for free to other players who were lucky no to have their account suddendly and for no reason frozen.
Despitye all my demands, I had no finnacial compensation (in $ or advantage)for what happens, barely an excuse mail from the support two weeks later.

I have no trust in this network anymore and strongly discourage poker players to cash in some money on the sites from this network.
