Title:Not bad for a Bitcoin site6 out of 6 readers found this review helpful

The software at StrikeSapphire is actually pretty nice. It looks good, plays fast, and they have NL/PL/Limit TH, Omaha, and 7 card stud altho no players. Compared to other Bitcoin gambling sites it's definitely in a league of it's own. The site is all Flash but it feels more smooth like a download. Multitabling is not as easy as it could be and it doesn't have all the features of a major site, but it is still a fun play experience and a lot better than Seals with Clubs for the software, if you want to play with Bitcoin. One interesting thing is that you can multitable between poker and other games at the same time. So you can have video poker going on the side to keep busy when the action is slow.

Which is good because the action is always slow. The problem with this site is really a lack of players. They ban Americans and the crowd of regulars is pretty thin and mostly speak spanish. It is definitely worth joining a freeroll or two if you just want to make some bitcoins. The hourly freerolls offer much more value than other bitcoin sites because there are so few players taking advantage of them for some reason, and the blinds are every 4 minutes so they go fast. However the action is all concentrated in the freerolls and they never seem to pick up the pace on any ring games or larger tournaments.

Some of the other games on the site are very good, for example the multiplayer blackjack and roulette is a 10/10. Craps is good. I hit a royal flush in their 5 hand video poker and I was paid out in under an hour so I have no complaints on that front. Honestly it feels like more of a casino site with poker being an after thought. I would recommend this site as a very good casino and an okay but suffering poker room but it is at least refreshing to try some new software and they seem to do a pretty good job of maintaining it. The admins are friendly when they are around the table and you do feel like they care about adding the personal touch.

I would rate this site 5/10 for the poker but 10/10 for the casino so split the difference.

Title:In my opinion the best bitcoin casino so far4 out of 8 readers found this review helpful

StrikeSapphire was the first bitcoin casino I started to play at a couple year's ago. Today I've tried almost every bitcoin casino available on the internet, but I must szy, StrikeSapphire is still the number 1 of all bitcoin casinos for me.

Never had a single problem with them, cashed out many times , and when I play there, I don't have to be afraid that they will rip me. Their customer support is excellent, and you can contact them anytime, even for the smallest problem. These guys really put a lot of effort in giving every player an enjoyable and fair gaming experience.

And the most important thing, they have a wide range of casino games (slots, keno, poker, blackjack, dice, roulette ...) and they simply offer games you can't find anywhere else (my favourite is the Scuba Cube :) and they are the only one that have it)

I'm sure their games are fair and they even publish the payout % of all played games on a daily basis.

They also have poker freerolls every hour and a nightly freeroll every day.

Deposits are instant and withdrawals are always processed within hours. I've never waited more than 6 hours for my withdrawals.

To end my review, I can only say, try them out yourself. I'm pretty sure you will agree with me afterwards :)

Title:2015 Update0 out of 1 readers found this review helpful

As you can see, all reviews for this site are from when StrikeSapphire was relatively new to the scene, and the site representatives were actively promoting the site on many gaming forums. I was led to register recently because of these reviews but what I found was very different, so I felt I needed to provide an update.

StrikeSapphire is an online casino where you can play multiple types of games, from Poker and Rummy to Slots and Blackjack, to name just a few - both for real cash or play cash (US residents can only use play money, of course). The problem is, each and every one of them is empty. I tried every single game, and I was the only person online, which was several hours since I was testing everything.

Furthermore, even if you wanted to play for Cash, the site only accept deposits in Bitcoin (there's article that references BlackCoin as an option, but as I write this it is not available in the "Deposit" list of options). Same with withdrawls - Bitcoin only.

It's also a bit of a red flag when I noticed that the last blog entry on the site is from March 22nd 2014, which makes the site look abandoned for almost a year. A search in gaming forums where the representatives of StrikeSapphire used to post shows last activity only as far as 2013.

As expected, any bonus codes you find on the internet are expired, so none of them work on the "rewards" page.

In terms of Poker, which is kind of the "main event" of the whole site, I hoped to find, at least, a freeroll since those tend to attract some players, but none were available. In fact, the only tournament tables which were open were for real cash players only and, sadly, were all empty (0/10) for as long as I was online.

Cash tables were nill until I started one, but no one joined me, not even bots (which was strange because the site's Terms and Conditions mention they have their own bots, but I've seen none, not even on Play Money tables).

The site looks rather nice and I found no issues with the software. If you don't mind playing alone, you can still play some games with Play Money, but that's it.

A shame as I really thought they had something good going here, but it seem very much abandoned and unlikely to return.
