I receive a check when requested monthtly between 5-12 days with no exceptions. 10/10 for payment processing. 9/10 for tim okeefe, the sponsored "pro" who feels the need to berate other players in low stakes tournaments and low stakes cash games.

To the person who said support is not helpful, I have no idea what they're talking about. The times I have contacted support, they have been timely in response and very helpful. Perhaps the person contacting support was rude and impatient.

The competition is soft and they have good cash games.

I would recommend Juicy Stakes to anyone.

I will give you my analysis upon inspecting this network after our longitudinal study that we conducted on many small poker networks, please remember these are my teams findings and may not be representative. However I am advising you to avoid depositing into this network. I can confirm although I personally was lucky enough to convince the network to send me my last withdrawal, a team member lost one of their withdrawals due to both the lack of communication on the behalf of the network and the fact that they may have just chosen not to pay it out. However it was only for $300 so it it is relatively insignificant.

This network, is hidden in the cracks which is a good thing for the poker community, networks like this do not value the players at all. Firstly you must know that the rake-back scheme must first be activated, what they don't tell you is that they de-activate it without you knowing, this then enables them to claim that it was an issue on your behalf and they are then not liable to pay out rake-back.

Next is withdrawals, and this can take anywhere between 7 days to 2 months, and it is ALWAYS inconsistent. I have personally withdrawn 27 times over the course of the year in small increments to test this. The results were very poor. I even needed to get into contact with them to receive one of my withdrawals and I would not have received it had I not complained.
It is a shame because we had high hopes for this network.

Their support is debatable, one day they will be very responsive - the next they don't even bother responding. And it is this exact recurring theme of inconsistency that I pointed out before, also inferring that their customer service team is most probably small.

The fact that they have a lack of consistency and a small team behind them shows that it is very hard to even begin to trust a network like this with your own money.

Lastly I'd like to tell you that their rake is substantially higher than the ipoker network and even 888's PacificPoker network.

Some sites you should look into more are BetOnline, Americas Cardroom, or even Betcoin if you don't mind bitcoin and very low traffic. And a good network to look out for is the Ongame network. I have had relatively good results there also.

Hope we helped,
