Online poker traffic fell another 2.1% this week. The decline was broad, with PokerStars the only gainer among the top 10 as the other nine tracked sites and networks showed a loss for the week.
The big story of the week continued to be the migration of several sites from Cake Poker Network to Merge Gaming Network. The fallout continued this week with Merge Gaming Network gaining another 5% after rising an astonishing 150% in the wake of the migration. Meanwhile, Cake Poker Network traffic fell another 9% after dropping 11% post-migration.
Full Tilt Poker lost 6% this week. The world's second-largest poker site is in danger once again of shrinking to less than half the size of PokerStars.
Top Of The Charts
The top four ranked sites kept their positions this week. This makes 16 consecutive weeks without a change in the top four spots.
Movers
PacificPoker and Svenska Spel traded places once again in 12th and 13th places, with Svenska Spel pulling ahead this week. After the addition of new sites to the network, Merge moved ahead of Everleaf to claim 17th place in the traffic rankings.
