Weekly Online Poker Traffic Update
2/7/2010

Online poker traffic rose fractionally this week after three straight weeks of losses. Seven of the top 10 sites and networks showed a gain for the week.

PacificPoker was the standout performer, with traffic increasing 25% in just one week. Parent company 888 has launched a series of promotions recently, which could account for the steep rise.

Full Tilt Poker is experiencing a resurgence in the popularity of fast-paced variant Rush Poker. The latest data shows 25% of all players on the site are playing Rush Poker, up from 22% last week. The game's popularity was not enough to boost Full Tilt Poker's traffic, however. The site has lost ground in six of the last seven weeks.

Top Of The Charts

The top four ranked sites kept their positions this week. This makes five consecutive weeks without a change in the top four spots.

Movers

Everest Poker reclaimed sixth place from Cereus Network. Cake Poker Network moved up two spots, jumping ahead of IPN and Microgaming. Pacific Poker acquired 12th place, displacing Swedish site Svenska Spel.
