Giselle54 Beats GucciNike for Seven Figures, as KayhanMok Battles LUKAKU — October Online High Stakes Highlights

A table with cards and a crown

A pair of heads-up matches highlighted the nosebleed cash games tables on CoinPoker in October. Kayhan ‘KayhanMok’ Mokri faced off with ‘LUKAKU‘ at 5-card pot-limit Omaha, while ‘Giselle54‘ and ‘GucciNIKE‘ battled in the traditional PLO tables.

Once again, Giselle54 emerged as the big winner. A month after raking in around $3 million in the nosebleed games, Giselle54 added another $4 million to their war chest. Much of that came at the expense of GucciNIKE, naturally. The player rumored to be high-stakes PLO regular ‘sanita55’ on PokerStars lost more than $2.5 million to Giselle54.

Giselle54 won at an unthinkable 45.2 BB/100 in October. Perhaps the most absurd part of that is they actually ran below their expected value, which came in at 45.9 BB/100.

Mokri, meanwhile, rebounded from a tough September as the tide has begun to turn in his match against LUKAKU. The long-running match saw LUKAKU get the better of it in September to the tune of $1.2 million.

Mokri booked a win of more than $500K in October while also beating three other opponents besides LUKAKU out of six figures. He wound up netting almost $2 million over the course of the month.

Giselle54 beat almost everyone they played, and now, the match with GucciNIKE is heating up. Giselle54 won almost $3 million in just a few sessions to kick things off.

GucciNIKE kicked off November on a heater of their own, though. With back-to-back wins north of $900,000, the stats may look quite different come the next version of this monthly report.
