Two Laughlin casinos are giving away a chance to win a house as part of a big promotion. Aquarius and Edgewater casinos in Laughlin, Nevada, are looking to attract more tourists and appeal to Laughlin regulars with the unique promotion, titled “We’re Giving the House Away.”
Details of the promotion were posted on the Laughlinbuzz Instagram page.
- The cash giveaway runs from March 8 through April 18.
- $60,000 cash drawings at each of the two casinos.
- 10 weekly winners each Saturday, March 14 – April 11.
- Each weekly winner gets $500 in cash and a HOUSE certificate for the Grand Prize drawing.
- One winner wins the house or $210,000 in cash.
The house is located in Bullhead City, Arizona, just across the border from Laughlin. It’s valued at $300,000.

Aquarius is the largest 24-hour gaming resort in the town of Laughlin, while Edgewater is a smaller venue that is known for its new bingo room.
Laughlin Tourism on the Rise
Laughlin enjoyed growth in tourism in 2025, according to data cited by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Visitors reportedly got more “bang for their buck” in comparison to the rising costs in Vegas.
If tourism continues to rise in the resort town, that could fuel further growth in the value of the house.
Casino House Giveaways in Temecula
The Laughlin casinos are not the only ones to have done a promotion like this. Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California, had a similar promotion about this time last year. TV home show host Ty Pennington promoted that giveaway. Mayra V. won the home, a brand-new four-bedroom, three-bath property in a gated community. The house was also close to a nearby pool, parks, and a recreation center.
Pechanga Resort is repeating the same promotion this year, with the dates spanning from March 1 to May 30.
