CoinPoker’s The One, a landmark online poker tournament with a $250 buy-in and a $5 million guarantee ($1 million to first place), is holding its final starting flights over the weekend before a couple of last-chance turbos on Monday.
Qualification for Day 2 of The One, which will also be on Monday, is already underway with three Day 1s running each day:
- 1:30 p.m. UTC (9:30 a.m. ET)
- 4:30 p.m. UTC (12:30 p.m. ET)
- 7:30 p.m. UTC (3:30 p.m. ET)
Monday’s turbo flights are at 12:30 p.m. UTC (8:30 a.m. ET) and 2 p.m. UTC (10 a.m. ET).
More than 10,000 entries have been logged, which means CoinPoker is well on its way toward the guarantee, about halfway home. More than 1,000 players have already punched tickets to Day 2, including top online players like Alejandro ‘Papo MC’ Lococo and Patrick Leonard.
