The poker room at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas has reopened after a longer-than-expected closure that lasted nearly a full year.
The poker room, which was popular with Vegas tourists, closed in June 2024 due to a renovation project on the high-limit area slot machines.
Caesars Palace announced the reopening with a daily NLH tournament schedule, offering low buy in events. These tournaments are likely to attract more beginner-level players who will be honing their skills of how to play pocket pairs. They offer a nice alternative to the more intermediate to advanced level tournaments offered by other properties on the Vegas strip such as the Venetian or the Aria.
This opening goes hand-in-hand with the re-opening of the Planet Hollywood poker room, which also opened it’s doors in May. These two rooms will provide players plenty of options for tournament poker all across Vegas while the 2025 WSOP rages on.
The Caesars Palace room will be open 24/7 and located in a new area near the David statue at the popular Caesars Palace property.
